One-on-one Training
You can work one-on-one with Rick, who will develop a personalized program dedicated to optimize your output. Rick will hold a space for you to find your vocation and purpose in this life, while managing the difficulties and stresses that come with the merger/acquisition/due diligence experience. Learn more about a variety of skills, such as team management, culture and cultural integration, executive compensation negotiation, and leadership, as well as many more skills tailored to a changing workforce.
During an introductory meeting, you’ll establish a coaching commitment and define your goals. You’ll then meet for an hour each week over a three month period, to assess your progress, review your skills, and define your future.
